GiftBoxes.ae offers a 15-day return period, except for grocery products (details below), starting from the day the product is delivered to you, provided it is not part of our non-returnable list (listed below) and adheres to our return policies (outlined below).
- Limited and Conditional 7-Day Return Policy For Grocery Items
Grocery items sold on GiftBoxes.ae have a limited 7-day return period only for the following types if you receive a wrong or damaged product:
• Food and Beverages
• Household goods
• Personal Care, Beauty, and Health products - Non-Returnable Conditions and List of Non-Returnable Products
The following items cannot be returned unless received damaged or incorrect. In such cases, the item must be returned unopened and in its original packaging:
• Products classified as hazardous materials or containing flammable liquids or gases.
• Products used or damaged by the customer, not in their original condition.
• Consumable products that have been used or installed.
• Products with tampered or missing serial numbers or tags.
• Products falling under specific categories including:
– Food and Beverages
– Household Goods
– Digital Books and Software
– Swimwear
– Hosiery and Socks
– Underwear and Lingerie
– Beauty and Health products
– Contact Lenses
– Hygiene-related and personal care products, and certain baby products (e.g., teethers, diapers, hygiene tissues, feeding-related products)
– Music, Video Media (DVD/CD/Blu-ray, etc.), and Video Games
– Music Albums
– Books
– Beauty & Fragrances
– Any product not listed above but displaying a No-return policy - Which Products Can Be Requested for a Return
You may request a return for a product that is not on the “Non-Returnable” list, as explained above.
You can return an item if:
• You received the wrong product.
• You received a product that does not match the description on the site.
• You received a damaged product.
• You received a counterfeit product. - For valid returns:
• Ensure the product is unused and in its original, unopened packaging with all tags.
• Do not open the original packaging if the product is incorrect, damaged, different from the description, or suspected counterfeit.
How to Submit a Return Request
To submit a return request for an item purchased on GiftBoxes.ae, log in to your customer account and go to your order details under your dashboard. You’ll find a “Return” button next to each product.
Return Process
Step 1: Submit Your Return Request
Submit your return request via your customer dashboard.
Step 2: Initial Merchant Decision
The merchant reviews your return request electronically. If rejected, you can communicate with the merchant for reconsideration or raise a dispute with the GiftBoxes.ae team. If approved, the item is collected for physical inspection.
Step 3: Product Collection
Our courier contacts you to schedule a pickup and deliver the product back to the merchant.
Step 4: Merchant Final Review and Decision
The merchant physically inspects the returned item. If rejected, you can communicate for reconsideration or raise a dispute. If approved, you’ll be notified via email.
Refunds are issued to your credit card or GiftBoxes.ae wallet accordingly.

Noqodi Wallet Payment
Upon creating an account on GiftBoxes.ae, you automatically receive a Noqodi Wallet account, our payment gateway partner. In case of refunds for cash on delivery orders, the refunded amount is deposited into your Noqodi wallet, accessible for future orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
For customers without credit card access, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders less than in the UAE. COD orders incur additional charges per merchant shipment.
