No Fake and No Used Products Policy:

Return Period (For UAE Customers Only):
Customers in the UAE are entitled to a 3-day return period for eligible products. Certain items are excluded from this policy; please refer to our return policy for further details.

At GiftBoxes.ae, transparency is paramount. Hence, visitors to our website can view merchants’ information, including their logo, business name, and description. This information is displayed alongside their product listings, on the product details page, and on the merchants’ microsite.

We facilitate seamless communication between customers and merchants through our platform. You can easily send messages to merchants via the communication link provided on their product pages and microsites. Merchants can respond to your messages, and you can track these interactions in your account dashboard.

Consumer Rights:
As merchants on GiftBoxes.ae are registered companies with Dubai Economy and Tourism, your transactions are governed and protected by the Consumer Rights Protection Department (CCCP). Should GiftBoxes.ae be unable to resolve your concern with the merchant, you can escalate the matter to the Consumer Rights department.
