As of November 26, 2020, GiftBoxes.ae has commenced delivering to all Emirates across UAE. Now you can enjoy shopping on GiftBoxes.ae wherever you reside in the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, and Fujairah.
*Delivery Exclusions:* Grocery items will exclusively be delivered to addresses within Dubai, encompassing packaged and dry food, drinks & beverages, snacks & sweets, bread & bakery, fruits & vegetables, and meats.
Delivery Fees
Our shipping fee is AED 10 per merchant item per order.
– Example 1: If you purchase one item from Seller A, your total shipping charges will amount to AED 10.
– Example 2: If you purchase three items from Seller A and two items from Seller B, your total shipping charges will be AED 20.
Free Shipping
GiftBoxes.ae occasionally offers free delivery on all orders or on orders above a certain value, typically advertised on banners across the website.
Some merchants may also sponsor covering the shipping cost of specific products they are selling. Items eligible for Free Shipping will display a “free shipping” indicator.
Delivery Time (Grocery)
Currently, delivery of Grocery items is solely available for addresses within Dubai.
For Dubai residents, next day delivery is available for Grocery orders, Thursday to Saturday.
*Note:* There are no specific time slots for delivery. You will receive an SMS on the day of delivery just before our drivers head to your address. The SMS will include a live tracking link so you can track the order on the map.
Delivery Time (General)
Estimated delivery dates are provided for each product on the product details page and during the checkout process. This depends on the preparation time committed by the merchants, plus GiftBoxes.ae’s courier collection time from the merchant and delivery to the customer. For instance, if a merchant prepares their product within one day of your order submission, delivery may occur within a minimum of one business day of your order (estimate will be within 1 to 3 days).
We endeavor to process and ship your order within the delivery time mentioned during checkout. However, unforeseen circumstances such as the merchant taking longer than anticipated to prepare the order or busy sale periods may cause delays. In cases of delivery delays, please contact our customer service at care@giftboxes.ae for more information about your order status.

You will be notified via your registered email address when your order is out for delivery, ensuring you’re available at your registered address to receive the shipment. An SMS message will also be sent to your registered mobile phone number once our courier is near your address.
Additionally, you can log in to your GiftBoxes.ae account to track the status of your orders as follows:
1. Log in to your GiftBoxes.ae account.
2. Click on your name displayed in the top menu.
3. Select “My Orders” from the drop-down menu.
4. Locate the order you wish to check.
5. Click on “Status” to know the status of each product in this order.
