These are transit times after production. Delivery is free within Dubai on orders above AED 200; elsewhere it is quoted per order, because cost depends on weight, volume and the number of drop-off points.
Production time
Most of the wait is production, not transit. Typical times:

What actually moves the date
- Artwork approvalThe clock starts when artwork is approved, not when the order is placed. This is the part you control.
- Branding methodScreen and pad print are quickest. Engraving, foil and embroidery add time. Multi-position branding adds a pass per position.
- QuantityLarger runs take longer to produce but rarely longer to ship. Flat-packed boxes move far cheaper than made-up ones.
- SeasonNational Day, Ramadan and year-end compress everything. Imported stock lands slowest in exactly the weeks you need it.
Scheduled and staged delivery
For recurring programmes — onboarding kits, work anniversaries, monthly client gifts — we hold branded stock in Dubai and release it against a scheduled call-off. You send the names and dates; we dispatch. That removes the lead time that makes a late gift worse than no gift, and avoids storing a year of stock yourself.
When your order arrives
Please check the delivery against the packing note on arrival. Report any shortage or damage within TO CONFIRM of delivery, with photographs where goods are damaged, so we can resolve it with the courier.
Because branded goods are produced to your artwork and specification, they cannot generally be returned or resold. Our position on returns, faulty goods and replacements is TO CONFIRM. Nothing here affects rights you have under UAE consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

Delays outside our control
We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including customs clearance, courier disruption, supplier shortages and public holidays. Where a delay looks likely we will tell you as soon as we know, rather than on the due date. This mirrors section 6 of our terms of use.

Do you deliver outside Dubai?
Yes — to all seven emirates. Free delivery in Dubai above AED 200, next working day to Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, and two to three working days across the northern emirates. We also export to Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar and Bahrain on request.
How long does a branded order take?
Seven to ten working days for stock items with one-position branding, and two to four weeks for custom boxes, leather goods or multi-item sets. Same-day printing on lanyards, and rush production in 24 to 48 hours where stock allows.
When does the clock start?
On artwork approval, not on order. A quick sign-off is usually the single biggest thing you control about the delivery date.
Can you deliver in stages?
Yes. We hold branded stock in Dubai and release against a scheduled call-off, which suits recurring programmes such as onboarding kits and staff milestones.
Can you deliver to several offices?
Yes — split deliveries across multiple sites are quoted per address on the same order.
