Screen print
Ink pushed through a mesh screen, one screen per colour.

We will tell you when a method is wrong
DTF transfer is fabric only. Embroidery is textile only. Deboss needs a compressible surface. Laser engraving carries no colour. Most suppliers accept the job and deal with the disappointment later; we would rather lose the line item than deliver artwork that will not hold. The mockup maker refuses these combinations too, and explains why.
Artwork that will actually print
Vector where the method demands it — AI, EPS or PDF with outlined fonts. Minimum line weights vary by method and are stated on each page. Pantone matching is available on screen, pad and foil. Send what you have and we will tell you whether it needs redrawing before you commit to a quantity.

The five things buyers ask
Ten pieces on acrylic awards, 25 on leather, 50 on custom-manufactured boxes and most printed stock items, 250 on kraft and non-woven bags. Retail single units are sold on giftboxes.store.
Seven to ten working days for stock items with one-position branding. Two to four weeks for custom boxes, leather goods or multi-item sets. Same-day printing on lanyards, and rush production in 24 to 48 hours where stock allows.

Yes. A branded sample takes three to five working days and the cost is credited against orders above 250 units. Custom boxes get a die-line in 48 hours and a white sample within a week.
