What we manufacture
Cavity layout matters more than the box. Send us the chocolate — or its exact dimensions — and we die-cut an insert that holds each piece without movement, because a box that rattles undoes the impression it was bought to make.
Dates boxes follow the same construction with a deeper cavity and a food-safe liner. For Ramadan we hold stock board in Dubai from September, which is the only way to meet a date that does not move.
Choosing a cavity count is really choosing a price per head. The same outer box takes a 4, 6, 9, 12, 16 or 24-piece insert, so a client gift and a mass giveaway can share one die and one print run while landing at very different unit costs. If the piece count is still moving, tell us the range and we cut the insert last.
Window boxes add two days to the lead time because the PET or PVC panel is fitted after the wrap. Worth it when the chocolate is the hero; skip it when the branding is.

Free delivery in Dubai above AED 200, next day to Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, two to three days across the northern emirates, and export to Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar and Bahrain on request.

Are the boxes food safe?
The liners are. We use greaseproof food-safe liners and foil-laminated inserts; the outer board is not in direct contact with the product.
Can you make a window box?
Yes, with PET or PVC windows in any die-cut shape. Add two days to the lead time.
What is the lead time for Ramadan?
Confirm artwork four weeks before you need delivery. We hold board from September, but assembly capacity fills by mid-Ramadan.
How many chocolates fit in one box?
Standard inserts hold 4, 6, 9, 12, 16 or 24 pieces, and we die-cut to a custom count when none of those fit. Send the chocolate or its exact dimensions and the insert is cut to hold each piece without movement.
Which branding methods work on a chocolate box?
Foil stamping, blind deboss and UV print. Laser engraving and embroidery do not apply to this construction.
