What drives the cost
Cost is driven by stitch count, which follows the filled area. An outline logo is far cheaper than the same logo solid-filled.

The mockup maker renders embroidery the way it actually behaves on each substrate, and refuses the combinations that will not work — so unquotable artwork never reaches the studio.

What is a digitising charge?
A one-off cost to convert your artwork into a stitch file. We keep the file, so reorders carry no setup.
How small can text be embroidered?
Four millimetres cap height. Below that the stitches merge and the text becomes unreadable.
Does embroidery survive washing?
Yes, including industrial laundry — which is why it is standard on uniforms.
