What we manufacture
This is where most bespoke projects start. Send us the products going inside and we return a die-line, a foam layout and a white sample within a week. Soft-touch lamination, foil stamping and spot UV are all produced in-house, which is why we can hold a 50-piece minimum on a fully custom box while importers quote 500.
Board weight is the decision most buyers get wrong. At 800gsm a box feels like packaging; at 1200gsm it feels like the gift. For anything going to a client or a senior recipient, specify 1200gsm and a cushioned insert — the difference in unit cost is a few dirhams and the difference in perception is the whole point.
Construction is the first decision and the one that sets everything after it. A lid-and-base box is the plainest and cheapest to produce; magnetic closure reads as premium the moment it is opened; a drawer box protects a fragile piece and gives you a second branded surface on the sleeve; collapsible ships and stores flat, which matters when the boxes sit in an office for months before they are filled.
The insert does the work the box gets credit for. Foam and EVA suit heavier or fragile items and hold them still in transit; moulded pulp is the choice when the specification has to stay recyclable; die-cut card is the most economical and reads cleanest under a light-coloured wrap. Send the contents, not a guess at the dimensions, and the layout is cut to them.
Wrap and finish are where two boxes of identical construction stop looking alike. Soft-touch, matt, gloss, kraft and specialty papers all take foil stamping, spot UV, blind deboss and screen print, and all of it is produced on our own floor rather than sub-contracted — which is why the minimum stays at 50 pieces plain and 100 printed while an importer quotes 500.
Above 250 units the economics change in your favour: there is no tooling charge, and the cost of the white sample is credited back against the order. If a run is likely to repeat, say so at quote stage — the die is kept and the second run skips both the tooling and the 48-hour drawing step entirely.

How fast can I see a die-line?
Forty-eight hours from your brief. A white sample follows within a week, and we credit sample costs against orders above 250 units.
Can you match a box I already have?
Yes. Send us the box or its internal dimensions and we reverse-engineer the die-line, including insert layout.
Which box construction should I choose?
Lid-and-base for the plainest and most economical build, magnetic closure where the opening moment matters, drawer for fragile pieces and a second branded surface, collapsible where the boxes must ship or store flat before they are filled.
Do you supply plain boxes without printing?
Yes — 50 pieces is the minimum for plain rigid boxes, against 100 for printed. Custom dimensions still start at 50 with a die-line.
Is there a tooling or setup charge?
Not above 250 units. Below that a die-line is still produced within 48 hours; the white sample cost is credited against orders above 250.
Can you supply FSC-certified board?
Yes, on request. Standard board is 800–1200gsm greyboard, and FSC is specified at quote stage rather than added later.
Which branding methods work on a rigid box?
Foil stamping, blind deboss, screen print and UV print. Embroidery and sublimation do not apply to board and we will say so rather than take the order.
