What we manufacture
This is where most bespoke projects start. Send us the products going inside and we return a die-line, a foam layout and a white sample within a week. Soft-touch lamination, foil stamping and spot UV are all produced in-house, which is why we can hold a 50-piece minimum on a fully custom box while importers quote 500.
Board weight is the decision most buyers get wrong. At 800gsm a box feels like packaging; at 1200gsm it feels like the gift. For anything going to a client or a senior recipient, specify 1200gsm and a cushioned insert — the difference in unit cost is a few dirhams and the difference in perception is the whole point.

Fifty pieces for plain rigid boxes and 100 for printed. Custom dimensions start at 50 with a die-line, and there is no tooling charge above 250 units.
How fast can I see a die-line?
Forty-eight hours from your brief. A white sample follows within a week, and we credit sample costs against orders above 250 units.
Can you match a box I already have?
Yes. Send us the box or its internal dimensions and we reverse-engineer the die-line, including insert layout.
