What we manufacture
No contents, no filler, no assembly. You get the box, the insert if you want one, and the lid — flat-packed or made up, whichever suits your packing line. Add shredded tissue, foam, EVA or a printed sleeve as separate line items. If you would rather we filled it, that is our hamper service and it starts at 20 units.
Plain boxes ship in stock colours in about five working days. Printed boxes carry your artwork on the wrap or the lid, seven to ten days. Below 100 pieces we recommend a printed sleeve or a foiled label rather than a fully printed wrap — it costs less and looks better at low volume.

Kraft and FSC board are fully recyclable. Laminated and foiled finishes are not — say so in the brief and we keep the spec plastic-free.
