Under AED 50
Event giveaways and high-headcount hand-outs. A printed pen, a non-woven bag, a lanyard, a ceramic mug. Branding is one position, one or two colours. The goal is reach, not retention — expect most of these to be used once.
AED 50–150
The standard corporate band, and where most onboarding kits sit. A steel bottle, a PU notebook, a bamboo desk item, or a two-piece set in a printed box. Branding can be laser or full-colour UV, and the box itself can be branded. This is the band with the best retention per dirham.
AED 150–300
Client gifting and long-service recognition. Leather goods, wireless charging, curated sets in a rigid magnetic box. Foil or deboss finishing, individual carding. Quantities drop, so minimums matter more than unit price.
AED 300+
Executive and protocol gifting. Bespoke manufacturing, individual engraving, presentation boxes made to the product. At this level the box is designed around the contents rather than chosen from stock.
What changes at each step
Below AED 50 you are buying an impression. Between 50 and 150 you are buying something that stays on a desk. Above 150 you are buying a considered object, and the packaging becomes as important as the item inside it.
