Confirm four weeks before your delivery date. The constraint is assembly capacity, not material — it fills by mid-Ramadan and no budget reopens it. We secure board stock from September.
Back to school, August
School lanyards, uniforms and stationery packs. Order in July; August is when every school in the Emirates orders simultaneously.
Exhibition season, October
GITEX and the autumn trade calendar. High-volume giveaways at low unit cost, and the one season where five-day turnaround is routinely requested. Stock items only if you are inside two weeks.
National Day, 2 December
Artwork by 5 November for branded stock, 12 November for ready sets. Above 500 sets, confirm in early October — Sadu-pattern stock across the UAE runs out in the third week of November.
Year-end, December
Client hampers and Christmas gifting, overlapping with National Day on the same production floor. Mid-November is the deadline that holds. Dated diaries for the new year close in late November and cannot be carried over.
Planning backwards
Take your delivery date, subtract the lead time for the branding method, then subtract two weeks for approval cycles. That is your real artwork deadline, and it is almost always earlier than the one in the brief.
