Why the detail matters
A lanyard is at chest height in every meeting, every lift, every client visit. A frayed cord or a peeling print says something about the organisation that no amount of brochure design corrects.
Attachment choice
Swivel clips are standard and rotate so the badge sits flat. Crocodile clips grip thicker cards. Bulldog clips are the most secure and the least comfortable. For access-card offices, specify a detachable side release so staff can tap without removing the lanyard.
Print method
Sublimation, because it dyes into the fibre rather than sitting on it. Screen print is cheaper below 250 pieces but will show wear at the fold within a year of daily use.
Reordering
Keep the artwork and colourway on file and reorder against headcount rather than annually. We hold both, so a reorder of 100 ships in three to five days without a new setup.
